Our programs offer a unique opportunity not only for team building but also for social awareness. The events held at the Premier Kultcafé aim to allow participants to create together with individuals with reduced work capacity, intellectual disabilities, or learning difficulties, who actively participate in the collaborative work and the execution of the programs.
Programjaink egyik alapelve a Slow Management, amely a lassításra, tudatosságra, fenntarthatóságra és együttműködésre helyezi a hangsúlyt. A résztvevők megtanulják, hogy a munkahelyi környezetben is fontos az érzékek fejlesztése, a kölcsönös bizalom és a kreatív problémamegoldás.
A Slow Management egy olyan vezetési szemlélet, amely a lassítás és tudatosság fontosságát hangsúlyozza a modern üzleti világban. Szemben a hagyományos, gyors tempójú, stresszre és azonnali eredményekre fókuszáló megközelítésekkel, a Slow Management azt vallja, hogy a hatékony vezetéshez időre, türelemre és reflektálásra van szükség. During the programs, participants have the opportunity to get to know and collaborate more closely with individuals who face challenges in their daily lives, yet are valuable members of society. Such interactions can contribute to strengthening workplace diversity and acceptance.
Balanced, effective teamwork
Through interactive tasks, participants learn to communicate more effectively and build deeper, empathetic connections with each other. Shared activities, such as cooking and exchanging experiences, strengthen team dynamics and collaboration skills.
Mental health
The programs place special emphasis on developing soft skills, such as empathy, creative problem-solving, and emotional intelligence. Participants gain experiences that can also be applied in the workplace environment.
