Wandering Dada Editorial Team
In 2021, we launched our program series called "Wandering Dada Editorial Team," aimed at rural, disadvantaged student groups. The target group consists of rural, disadvantaged communities who, due to their circumstances, cannot afford to travel to Budapest. We involve local artists in the implementation of the workshops.
A series of 5 sessions per location
The workshops are adapted to the specific needs of the local target group. This text and image creation workshop, inspired by the avant-garde movements, introduces students to the languages of Futurism, Dadaism, and Constructivism, as well as the spirit of these movements, through dialogical and creative activities.
Our programs for young adults with reduced work capacity.
Inclusive workplace.
The labor market integration of young people and young adults with reduced work capacity (such as those with learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and those on the autism spectrum) is an increasingly important issue in modern society. This type of integration can be particularly effective when, during the development program, the individuals involved interact with members of the able-bodied society, such as healthy children. This approach contributes to strengthening social equality and inclusion, as well as promoting the deepening of community relationships.
Az integrált programok segítenek abban, hogy a megváltozott munkaképességű fiatalok is értékes tagjaivá váljanak a közösségnek. Az együttműködések során fejlődnek a szociális készségeik, és nő az önbizalmuk, mert megtapasztalják, hogy értékes szereplői a társadalomnak. Az egészséges gyerekekkel való kapcsolattartás szintén hozzájárul ahhoz, hogy a két csoport között természetesebb legyen a kapcsolat, és csökkenjenek az előítéletek.
A megváltozott munkaképességű fiatalok munkaerőpiaci integrációs képzésében részt vevő egészséges gyerekek és fiatal felnőttek közvetlen tapasztalatokat szereznek arról, hogy ezek a fiatalok is képesek produktív munkavégzésre és értékes készségek elsajátítására. Ez hozzájárul a sztereotípiák lebontásához, ami hosszú távon egy elfogadóbb társadalmat eredményezhet.
A programok során folyamatosan keressük a kapcsolatot azokkal az inkluzív munkahelyekkel, akik érdeklődőek arra, hogy a művészetpedagógiai módszertanunk részelemeit saját munkahelyükön adaptálhassák
